Challenge
A traditional global energy provider was seeking to enter the Retail energy market, and previous acquisition attempts had failed. A decision was taken to build a new business to be based on cost effective Digital technologies, driving state of the art Customer Experience.Market entry had to be rapid, driving aggressive timescales. Coeus was asked to manage all aspects of the creation of the new business, starting with the RFP process, design, build & implementation.Our ApproachCoeus used its extensive Retail energy knowledge to define an Agile delivery plan and worked with the Client Executive team to define and shape the programme.
Using our deep Digital knowledge, we identified suitable partners and provided sourcing and commercial insight to drive the RFP process and secure cost effective deal.
Additionally, we used our Agile delivery approach to design and build the core platform and customer experiences. To deliver this, we worked with the Client’s global teams to ensure the solution could be reused and rolled at globally with maximum re-use.
