As a company policy, we always prefer to promote from within, meaning that career progression and opportunities can be rapid for the right individuals. For the more ambitious of our employees, and if their achievements and deliverables merit it, career progression can be much more rapid than in the more established consultancies.

Equally, we realise that some employees have commitments outside work, whether charitable work, sporting commitments or caring responsibilities, meaning that they are happy to perform to high standards but without taking on extra responsibility for the time being.

We have a well-established European client base, so we are always interested in hearing from consultants who have European languages in addition to consulting experience. Additionally, we are always interested in considering candidates for our high performing support teams in Marketing, Legal, Finance or Administration, particularly those with multiple languages.


Supporting colleagues in research and analysis, you’ll receive the training you need to develop into a consultancy position. As a rule, we do not constrain individuals to analyst work; where your skills and expertise support other client engagements you will be given the opportunity to operate at a different level in a different role.


A client-facing level, you’ll support a workstream lead or assist with individual project tasks while providing support to internal activities - such as, marketing blogs, credentials, whitepapers and practice development activity.

Senior Consultant

A client-facing level, you’ll work as a workstream lead or work independently on individual project tasks, while providing task management support to junior colleagues as well as input to sales, marketing and practice activity.

Principal Consultant

A managerial client role, you’ll focus on key projects, leading workstreams on larger annuity clients and contributing to the solution design and delivery. You will also be encouraged to support business development through presentations and workshops with the leadership team while managing day-to-day client engagements.

Managing Consultant

You will be part of the Management Team and be expected to manage several clients and some of our more complex projects. You will be involved in business development opportunities within your own network, as well as supporting colleagues with presentations, proposals or running workshops. You will also be expected to mentor and help develop more junior team members’ careers.

Associate Director

You will be part of the company’s Leadership team with line management responsibility. As part of the Leadership, you will support the overall strategic direction and development of the services we offer to clients as well as helping to ensure that our practices evolve as the market develops. You will be responsible for business development, helping the ongoing strategic growth of the business and, in particular, targeting large-scale sector accounts and ongoing relationships with the key stakeholders.
