Coeus Consulting are delighted to have been shortlisted in the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) 2020 Awards within the Public Sector.Coeus have been selected as Finalists in the category ‘Change and Transformation in the Public Sector’ for demonstrating a structured and sustainable transition from a current state to a desired state. The award-judging process requires major changes in how an organisation does things, rather than merely improving existing processes.The project that has been shortlisted is the work Coeus have delivered, and continue to deliver, to Southend-On-Sea Borough Council.Keith Thomas, Head of Public Services at Coeus, talks about the challenges of Public Sector transformation: “Ultimately, with public sector transformation, your goal is to buy IT a seat at the table, so that IT and the business are working really well together, understanding the opportunities around digital and delivering them collaboratively.”
