Last night at the Global Sourcing Association (GSA) Awards Ceremony at Grosvenor Square, Coeus Consulting were presented with the ’International Project of the Year’ award for their entry with E.ON on Managed Communications Services.
The 2018 GSA Awards recognise projects that showcase the very best examples of innovative and creative work in the strategic sourcing industry.
The Award was presented to Coeus for a major international project with the client, a global energy supplier, who needed to be able to provide reliable, high-quality customer-facing and internal communications to the business – but who were finding that their current Managed Communications Services (MCS) provider was not able to serve their needs adequately.
As the contract with their fellow German company neared its end, the client was faced with a 16% increase in run-rate costs. Coeus helped the client to make the business case for going to market and supported it to a landmark deal.
