The International Project – Finalist nominated was for Coeus’ work with Uniper S.E., an energy organisation based in Germany.

Following a divestment, Uniper required a wholly new IT organisation to take on the relevant business critical IT services by the 1st July, 2017 deadline. Failure to successfully implement the new organisation risked causing critical impact to the energy generation and trading businesses.

Uniper engaged Coeus Consulting to design and implement the new IT operating model (delivering over 100 key IT services) and to upskill their IT staff. Coeus met the deadline, managed the risks (including constraints due to German labour laws) and created a roadmap to best practice.
